The Foundation has a representative in Beirut, Lebanon, who is charged with the day to day interface with potential applicants and assistance in the preparation and processing of their applications. The Beirut representative will also maintain follow-on liaison with current recipients.

The Beirut representative also acts as General Secretary to the Board of Advisors and provides logistical and administrative support to its members.
